Sam “TheSquid” Grafton has returned to the top 20 of the United Kingdom online poker rankings, provided by PocketFives.com, thanks in part to two big score during April.

Grafton gave his points tally a massive boost on Apr. 15 when he finished fifth in the partypokerPOWERFEST $1M Gtd Championship Event. It was a result that saw Grafton add $65,175 to his bankroll and more than 400 points to his PocketFives profile.

The popular grinder then won a $530 Bounty Builder High Roller at PokerStars for more than $30,000 and added four more four-figure prizes to his bankroll. Grafton now occupied 19th place in the UK and 174th place in the world, some way of a career-best 40th in the world but on this form Grafton could easily soar up the leaderboard.

Almost all the players currently ranked in the top 10 helped themselves to big scores during the past seven days, meaning the standings are similar to last week’s.
