Walking into the Sailing Club Nha Trang feels like walking into a 5-star resort. The outer section features a spread of sun beds encompassing a water fountain. The beds are perfect for kicking back with a drink, and, not to mention, they make great photo opportunities too. There were endless packs of girls taking selfies with the gorgeous backdrop, and while I tried to resist it initially, I ended up following suit myself. 😉

Walk a little inward and you’ll find a few swings scattered here and there, as well as a snooker table and a bar for all your boozy needs. Sailing Club Nha Trang extends to the beachside, where there are many dining tables overlooking the East Sea. Combine the live music with the sea breeze, and voila, you have the perfect formula for a successful date night.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures of the food when I had my birthday dinner at Sailing Club Nha Trang – yes, I actually didn’t take any photos on my birthday, what on earth?! But Sailing Club Nha Trang’s restaurant options is as follows: Sandals, for international cuisine; Ganesh, for Indian cuisine; and Sen, for Vietnamese cuisine. There’s something to satisfy everyone’s palate.

Alternatively, you can choose to relax with a drink instead, like I did during my second visit. Having experienced Sailing Club Nha Trang at night already, I kicked back on my sun bed this time and sipped on my fresh coconut, watching the constant flow of tourists in the area.

One of the greatest things Sailing Club Nha Trang offers is a private beach on Nha Trang Bay, where sun beds and recliners are available for rent from dawn to dusk. In the designated beach area, you can enjoy the club’s full range of services, including food and drinks served to you with the wave of a hand. Talk about living like royalty! If you prefer to avoid the sand like me, then feel free to stay on the sidelines in the dining area of the beach club instead. No one’s judging!

I think the photos speak for themselves – Sailing Club Nha Trang is a place you must stop by, if only for a few minutes just to peer in. I’ve said again and again that I’m not one to enjoy the outdoors, but even I loved it. Beach clubs of the world, get out your notepads, because this is one exemplary club to learn from.
